The Pro-ject Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and admin-istration of projects within a growing signage and graphics business.This role focuses on organisation and effective use of systems to ensure projects pro-gress smoothly from initiation through to completion. The company has an established turnover of 1.2 Million with strong projected growth of 2 Million, they use Clarity MIS, knowledge of this would be a distinct advantage although training can be provided.This role will be supporting the Director where you will shadow and be trained up, with long term progression into a Project Management role.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support across all stages of project deliveryOrganise and maintain project documentation, schedules and job recordsUse clarity systems or similar project management tools to manage job information, timelines and progressCoordinate project information between internal teams to ensure accuracy and consisten-cySupport planning and organisation of workloads to meet agreed deadlinesMonitor project status and assist with tracking actions and outstanding tasksMaintain clear, accurate and professional communication with internal stakeholdersAssist in improving ..... full job details .....
