We are looking for a chef de partie/chef to join a local, established and very busy day time only restaurant serving all fresh food menus near Beaconsfield. It is a great opportunity to work with an inspirational head chef and to get involved in other parts of the business.The work life balance is amazing - no evenings and every other weekend off!!You will need your own transport to get here.

A background preparing, producing and cooking fresh food menus

Passion for cooking using all fresh ingredients

A hands-on approach and willingness to learn

CHEF DE PARTIE - YOU WILL:

Prepare and cook the seasonally changing company menu

Work alongside the head chef

Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organisation and kitchen safety measures
