in Gloucestershire.RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Leadership : Take full responsibility for managing and overseeing the finance function across the business. Ensure high standards of financial governance, control, and compliance.Financial Reporting and Analysis : Lead the production of monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and Group consolidations. Provide clear, insightful financial analysis to senior leadership, guiding strategic decisions.Treasury and Cashflow Management : Own and manage the company''s cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and effective treasury operations to support growth and sustainability.Strategic Financial Planning : Drive the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial strategy. Lead the development and maintenance of the company’s 5-year plan, aligning financial goals with business objectives.Team Leadership : Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the department.SKILLS YOU WILL BRINGQualified Accountant : ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with significant experience in a senior financial role within a multi-business unit environment. Experience in luxury, retail, hospitality, or sustainable consumer goods is highly desirable.Financial Expertise : Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP and IFRS with the ability to produce high-quality financial reports, consolidations, and analysis.Leadership and Team Development : Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing finance teams, with a focus on nurturing talent and promoting a positive, results-driven culture.Strategic Thinker : Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically while also being hands-on.
