This is a stand-alone position reporting to the CEO, supported by an external HR partner, and suited to someone with a strong administrative and operational HR background who is comfortable working independently and under their own initiative. The role involves providing comprehensive HR support across multiple sites, managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, advising on HR matters, and supporting managers with absence management, employee engagement, and workforce well-being.
