We are seeking a

Social Media Manager

to join our Integrated Marketing team, specialising in organic social. This is a position where you will lead, manage, enhance and influence our social media expertise with our clients with valued social media insight and creativity for campaigns across the EU.You will be responsible for leading and managing social media retainers and projects with existing clients. In addition to this, we need a proactive approach updating the wider teams on social media trends, and getting involved in new business opportunities with existing and new clients.You will have good project management skills and the ability to work across a number of internal and external stakeholders to drive ideas and build strong relationships. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a refreshing environment to gain solid project ownership and further grow their planning, commercial and strategic skills, alongside their well-crafted knowledge of organic social media.Responsibilities

Operate as the go-to Social Media lead both internally and externallyLead and manage the Social Media delivery of existing client workDevelop, implement, and manage social media strategy and deliverablesBrief and oversee social media creativeCreate social media copyHelp define social media KPIsMeasure the success of social media activities and campaignsLead in team and client meetings as appropriateCollaborate with other members of the team to showcase the successful performance of the work we deliver – showing an understanding of the data, and how we use it to deliver on client expectationsProvide the wider account team with social expertiseStay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies and identify what’s next on existing and emerging social platformsNetwork with industry professionals and influencers via social mediaConduct research on behalf of clients and the agencyPromote and upholds Allison’s core valuesMaintains excellent communication with team and the client as neededRegularly attend educational seminars to upgrade your overall knowledgeResearch social media articles daily for content appropriate to share agency-wideQualifications

Account Managers at Allison typically have 4+ years of experienceIn-depth working knowledge of the most up-to-date digital/social media platforms and the ability to articulate clearly the value proposition of eachAvid consumption of digital media and demonstrated mastery of the most widely used platformsThinks strategically and creativelyStrong social copywriting skills and attention to detailStrong engagement and passion for the workAbility to work with multiple managers and comfortable with cross-office collaborationExemplary follow-through and execution skillsGood understanding of social media KPIsOutstanding multitasking and problem-solving skillsExperience of and comfortable with both B2B and consumer briefsExemplary organisational and project management skillsCan work both independently (with minimal supervision) and as part of a teamHave other complimentary integrated marketing skills (such as production) so can flex to support other briefs as we work together to continue to build our team, with paid media as the core skill setBenefits
