We are seeking to recruit an Associate Medical Director for our Directorate of Mental Health services on a part-time basis.

We are pleased that you are interested in a career at LPT.

You will be part of the senior medical management team supporting the Medical Director and demonstrating visible senior clinical leadership. Your responsibilities will include overseeing, supporting, and developing the medical and wider clinical workforce and service Clinical Directors.

You should be an experienced practicing Consultant with excellent standards of clinical practice and competence. It is expected that you will champion Adult Mental Health and Mental Health services for older people and develop effective relationships with partner organizations and diverse communities.

We are looking for a Clinical Leader who will drive the strategic development of the Directorate to deliver large-scale transformation, high-quality safe and effective care, all within a framework of robust governance and continuous quality improvement.
