The Role: As a Voids Clearance Driver/labourer you operate a clearance vehicle and undertake a variety of tasks identified in a void property as per a specification produced by the Voids Manager and/or Supervisor, taking ownership of work, operating within Health and Safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters. Working arrangements may be as part of a team or lone working, dependent upon the scope of the works required. Works may include but not limited to, property clearance, redecoration, cleaning and two man assistance works. Accountabilities: Operating a clearance vehicle, loading and unloading of material Removing contents from void addresses and tipping this at the waste management site Performing cleaning duties on a void property, to assist the management team Recording and submitting accurate data using relevant business systems electronic devices Affording excellent customer service to client representatives Arranging purchase of materials required to deliver the works in a planned and efficient manner Comply with safeguarding policy and HandS standards at all times Operating within the company s occupational road risk policies and procedure Essential and Desirable Criteria Essential: Previous experience in a similar role Full UK driving licence Desirable: Social Housing Experience Previous experience in Voids or Property repairs/maintenance Additionally: You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity as there will be frequent ..... full job details .....
