This is a temporary long-term position offering a structured shift pattern and competitive pay with opportunities for overtime.Key Duties:Operate packaging equipment to ensure finished goods meet quality, timing, and cost requirements.Undertake daily, weekly, and monthly routine tasks with attention to detail.Comply with all statutory, health, safety, and environmental requirements.Follow packaging and food hygiene regulations, including HACCP.Maintain housekeeping, cleaning, and 5S standards.Perform basic asset care requirements for all machinery.Support improvement activities to achieve departmental KPIs, including PI tracking and Short Interval Control (SIC).Attend training to develop new skills and perform packaging-related tasks as directed.Participate in meetings and briefings as required.Ensure internal customer requirements are consistently met.Requirements:English and Mathematics Standard Grades or equivalent.Packaging or engineering qualification preferred.Packaging or engineering experience advantageous.Ability to work in a team and follow agreed ways of working.Willingness to learn and undertake upskilling as required.Shift Pattern and Pay:Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off (7am-7pm ..... full job details .....
