About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaner to join our team, working across multiple social housing sites on behalf of our contracted local authority clients. This is a mobile role, where you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across communal areas, void properties, and external site facilities.

• Clean communal areas in residential blocks (stairs, landings, lifts, corridors, entranceways)

• Carry out deep cleans of void (empty) properties as needed

• Ensure external areas such as bin stores and pathways are kept tidy

• Replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues

• Complete cleaning checklists and documentation as required

• Follow health and safety protocols and COSHH guidelines at all times

• Drive between multiple locations daily using company-provided vehicle

• Previous experience in a cleaning role (ideally within social housing or facilities management)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Good communication skills and a professional approach to tenants and site staff

• Understanding of basic health and safety procedures

• Flexibility to travel across different sites as needed
