As an EYFS Teaching Assistant (SEN), you will work closely with the classroom teacher and wider SEN team to: Provide dedicated one-to-one and small group support for pupils with autism and behavioural needs.Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, tailored learning activities.Promote a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.Implement effective behaviour management and support strategies.Help pupils develop key life skills such as communication, independence, and emotional regulation.Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to review meetings.
