Prepare monthly and annual consolidated group financial statementsProduce statutory accounts and lead on year-end reporting for all group entitiesSupport the external audit process, acting as a key point of contact for auditorsAssist with technical accounting issues and provide guidance across the groupMaintain and improve internal controls and financial processesProvide support on ad hoc financial projects, including acquisitions, refinancing, and system implementationsCollaborate with international finance teams to ensure consistent group reportingCandidate profile / Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience with group consolidationsExperience working with large, complex structures (e.g., listed, multinational, or PE-backed businesses)Confident communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentSeniority
