This opportunity is an essential role supporting the quality lead and the quality manager to ensure quality standards are kept high. The team is very supportive with alot of diverse experience and backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:Managing customer complaints, carrying out investigations, root cause analysis, and closing out corrective actions.Overseeing HACCP activities across the site, contributing to food safety and compliance.Assisting with internal audits, helping to prepare the site for an annual schedule of around 20 audits.Maintaining and updating QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with site standards.Using SAP for tasks such as raising and managing purchase orders.
