Luggage Porter - Temporary Position - 19th, 20th and 21st SeptemberNottingham 12.90p/hWe are seeking temporary Porters to support our client over a three-day period at sites across central Nottingham. Our client is a leading national property management company specialising in high-quality, purpose-built student accommodation located near the Hockley and Lenton areas of the city.In this role, you will be part of the Student Experience Team during the busy check-in period, welcoming new residents as they arrive for the start of the autumn term and ensuring their move-in runs smoothly.Shifts are allocated in 8 hour slots throughout the day, starting from 08:00 until 20:00 over the 3 days.What you''ll be doing:Greet residents and visitors in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner.Assist with the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of luggage to and from rooms.Provide information about the building layout and facilities when assisting residents.Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe working environment in luggage storage areas.Work collaboratively with the accommodation team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out operations.Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Accommodation Manager promptly.Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring manual handling is carried out safely.Support other operational tasks during quieter periods, as directed.Managing traffic arriving and leaving the property at busy times.
