You’ll be a mentor, a guide, and a source ofstrength for your team and the people we support.Your role will include:Supporting and supervising Support Workers to delivercompassionate, high-quality care. Championingperson-centred support that celebrates individuality and promotesindependence. Helping maintain accuraterecords and care plans to meet regulatory standards.Ensuring your team is trained, confident, and ready tomake a difference. Assisting with rotas andtimesheets to keep everything running efficiently.Promoting health, safety, and wellbeing for bothcolleagues and the people we support. Leadingby example and continuously developing your own skills andknowledge.
