Special Needs Teaching Assistant required to work with children and young adults with a range of Complex Needs and Learning Difficulties at a very good school based within the Upminster area. To start 3rd November 2025 or ASAP thereafter - 1 or 2 days per week (Term time only) If you have experience/and or qualifications from any setting that you feel are transferrable for this role and a passion to make a difference to a young life we would be interested to hear from you. A Special Needs Teaching Assistant would ideally have : Experience and knowledge of working with children or adults with a wide range of disabilities. Secure knowledge and skills relating to strategies in working with Complex Learning Needs. An interest, motivation and passion for working with children that have special needs and developing skills to facilitate this. The ability to reflect on own behaviour to ensure teams are strong and working together to meet the needs of all pupils. Calm, controlled and effective communication and relate well to all children and adults within the school.
