Duties Supervise and lead the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production. Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and hospitality standards. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential. Level 2 or 3 food hygiene preferred Wednesday - Saturday, with one additional Tuesday evening once a month.
