We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the Southwest, who are recruiting for an Electrical Operations Manager on a permanentcontract.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary for this position is £62,000 per annum with a circa £5,000 car allowance or vehicle.The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with previous experience of managing electrical planning works across Social Housing or Construction environments, in addition to having existing knowledge of both domestic and commercial electrical systems.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Leading a team of c.50 engineers and four delivery managersDelivering programmes across electrical testing and inspection, rewires, upgrades, heating systems, and EV charge point installationsTaking responsibility for a £4m+ budget throughout the delivery of programmesActing as the Senior Qualifying Supervisor (NICEIC), ensuring full technical compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards are adhered to across all electrical worksCommunicating clearly with stakeholders across HandS, Finance, HR, and all operational teamsExperience required:Experience of leadership roles within Social Housing organisationsExperience of managing electrical planned works across Housing or Construction environmentsExperience in programme delivery, forecasting, and cyclical works planningExperience of successful stakeholder communication and collaboration ..... full job details .....
