to join our team.The RoleLead, train, and inspire a diverse kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.Create and update menus in line with the brand identity and seasonal availability.Ensure efficient kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation.Monitor food costs, portion control, and stock management in line with financial targets.Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.Uphold company values and lead by example in professionalism, discipline, and creativity.Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of kitchen staff.Drive innovation in food trends, techniques, and guest experiences.Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchenPrevious experience working in Japanese cuisineStrong leadership and team management skillsProven ability to manage food and labour costs effectivelyExcellent understanding of HACCP and food safety regulationsCreativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary excellenceAbility to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environmentWhyJoinUs?At Lifestyle Group, we offer a supportive and engaging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
