Injection Moulding TechnicianLocation: Faversham, KentHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayWe are recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join a busy and well-established manufacturing site based near Faversham. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering weekly pay and long-term stability within a fast-paced production environment.The Role:Carrying out all aspects of tool changing within the Injection Moulding departmentSetting and controlling processes to achieve required quality standardsCompleting hourly QC checks on machines in operationWorking closely with Production Team Leaders, Process Engineer and QC to maintain standardsReducing downtime and scrap, ensuring machines are restarted efficiently after tool changesUpdating the production monitoring system for tool changes, breakdowns and colour changesFollowing setting sheets, SOPs and packing instructions accuratelyEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health and Safety guidelinesRequirements:Minimum 3 years'' experience as an Injection Moulding TechnicianExperience with Engel injection moulding machinesExperience using sprue pickersBasic robotics knowledgeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills and ability to work under pressureBenefits:Weekly payCompany pensionChristmas bonus (subject to company performance)Share scheme (SIP)Training and development opportunitiesAccess to a benefits platform offering health and wellbeing ..... full job details .....
