You will lead maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, manage vendor works, and support operational improvements to guarantee 100% uptime.ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems such as CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, AHUs, and FCUsManage vendor works and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsSupport root cause analysis and operational improvements for mechanical incidentsQualificationsF-Gas Cat 1 certification (City and Guilds)4+ years’ experience in HVAC/mechanical systemsKnowledge of data centre HVAC plant, BMS/PPM/CAFM systems, and PtW processesStrong problem-solving skills and a calm, methodical approachLegionella awareness and safe mechanical practicesSkills and AttitudeExperience maintaining pumps, HVAC systems, compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and related systemsKnowledge of international HSE standardsPrevious experience managing a small teamCustomer-facing experience and ability to handle challenging technical situationsIf you are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and making a positive impact through data centre infrastructure, we encourage you to apply.
