Key Responsibilities: • Deliver targeted interventions and support for SEMH students • Assist in planning and delivering lessons under teacher guidance • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who find school difficult • Help create a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment • Contribute to the wider life of the academy and their inclusive ethos What They are Looking For: • HLTA status or equivalent experience • A strong understanding of SEMH needs and inclusive education • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A calm, patient, and proactive approach • A genuine passion for helping young people succeedInterested?
