Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

The Role

Hopton Cottage Care Home are looking for a leader of people, who has been a successful manager or experienced deputy manager in a care home for older people, preferably someone with experience of good and outstanding practice already.

They want someone who knows high standards and who can deliver them through a team of dedicated carers.

This is a brilliant job for an experienced manager who understands the current standards and wants the resources to be able to deliver that.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ideally Level 5 (Or willingness to undertake this)
• Minimum of two years’ experience
