As a Highways Maintenance Operative, you''ll be working within the Birmingham highways team, supporting them in delivering essential streetlighting installation and maintenance. Your day to day will include: Installing and upgrading streetlighting assets as part of a dedicated highways crew Setting up and maintaining safe working sites on highways Completing safety-critical emergency works and required documentation Engaging professionally with members of the public when approached Assisting with risk assessments and following all safety procedures What are we looking for?
