Leading a kitchen team of 10, supported by two Sous Chefs, you''ll prepare everything from breakfast to finger foods and full la carte meals. Daily covers can range from 30 to 500 guests across multiple venues including meeting rooms, the Talent Academy, and the restaurant.You will bring a strong background in corporate dining and events, with hands-on experience managing high-quality food service in fast-paced, professional environments.
