This is a full-time, PERMANENT role, working Monday to Friday on a rotating 3-shift system.Shifts: Mon to Thurs: 6am to 2pm / Fri: 6am to 12pm Mon to Thurs: 2pm to 10pm / Fri: 12pm to 6pm Mon to Thurs: 10pm to 6am / Fri 6pm to 12amResponsibilities: Operate plant machinery to produce to the required quality and quantity standards Pack finished products Maintain compliance with site hygiene, Health and Safety, and GMP requirements Follow internal and external specifications within a HACCP framework Complete relevant documentation and production records accurately Work as part of a multi-disciplined team to achieve production targets Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department Assist in training and development of team members Work flexibly across multiple lines as requiredRequirements: Previous experience working in a food production or manufacturing environment Good understanding of product safety principles and HACCP Excellent communication and teamwork skills Literacy and numeracy skills Commitment to Health and Safety and maintaining high standards Flexibility to work across all three shiftsDetails: Permanent position (phone number removed) per ..... full job details .....
