About the RoleWith a turnover of over £100 million, one of the UK’s leading Fit-out/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This Main Contractor is looking for a No.1 Project Manager who can lead the team and deliver the project to the client''s requirements and expectations on a 2 stage tender basis on projects ranging between £10–£20 million. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years'' experience within Cut and Carve Refurbishment with structural alterations.

Responsibilities

Preconstruction

Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build

Site set up and strategy including logistics

Planning

2 stage tender process

Running the job as a number 1

Daily site management and progress reporting weekly

Check contractors RAMS for approval, tickets records and allocate inductions

Costing, budgeting

Check and approve benchmarks from contractors

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgets

Qualifications / Requirements

Previous experience in Project Management within Cut and Carve/Refurbishment

Ambitious, dynamic, and client facing

Ability to travel to and from site in City of London

CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and FIRST Aid Site certifications
