With expertise in areas such as digital strategy, business case development, RPA, health technologies, and operational excellence, you’ll be confident working with senior clinicians, CIOs, and CCIOs. Lead consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Science practice;Work in close proximity with the customers, account team, and the delivery team to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions;Responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a manner that is quality-driven, meets internal standards, and the expectations of the customer;Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth;Responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants;Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services;Develop thought leadership within the firm, writing papers and producing case studies;Must be willing to travel and work remotely as and when required;Preferably 5+ years’ experience leading consulting engagements for health and/or life science customers;Fluent in English both written and spoken;Experience with New Hospital Programme (NHP) would be beneficial;25 days annual paid leave;- Wellbeing programs and work-life balance - integration and passion sharing events;- Private medical and dental care;- Pension contributions up to 10%;- Conferences and Expert Communities;- We are a care leaver friendly employer, if you require additional support with your application, please contact our recruiter or send an email to our dedicated email.As a Disability Confident employer, we encourage applications from all applicants, especially, differently abled applicants.
