the positionThe Business Transformation Manager will lead the E2E design of initiatives and processes that enhance our digital capabilities, streamline recruitment operations and drive commercial growth. They will ensure that initiatives support our local and global strategy and can demonstrate they add value to our organisation.Managing a team who work closely to understand the business challenges, processes and opportunities, balancing technical execution with the human side of change. In addition they will plan and execute change strategies to ensure initiatives are adopted correctly to realise their full potential. This may be changing processes, KPI''s and business structures. The Transformation Manager will act as Change Lead for the UK into our Global change network.
