Conveyancing: Consultant Solicitor and Lawyer Opportunities. Taylor Rose is seeking legal professionals to work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis with expertise in residential or commercial property in the private and/or public sectors. Applicants should have 4 years PQE+ and be eligible to join as Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers.Responsibilities

Work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis with the ability to choose clients, fees, hours and volume of work.Earn up to 75% of your billing, with a minimum split that will not drop below 70%.Leverage referrals to larger and established clients and access to accreditations and lender panels.Operate from home, with optional access to office spaces and meeting rooms as part of the arrangement.Utilise supported infrastructure including a fully optimised CMS, electronic systems, business development resources, and a dedicated liaison team.Receive professional governance support including technical head for operations, legal support and training.Qualifications

Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE in residential or commercial property.Experience across private and/or public sector property matters is desirable.Benefits and Opportunities
