Head of SHE UK Wide Permanent Competitive + Flexible Benefits Summary We''re hiring for a critical leadership role within our Built Environment division: Head of SHE (Safety, Health and Environment). This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive SHE strategy at divisional level, working as part of the Senior Leadership Team. You will lead our SHE function, influence culture across our operations, and ensure compliance with Group SHE standards, helping us continue to embed an industry-leading approach to safety, health, and environmental performance. As the Head of SHE, you''ll set strategy, develop policy, build capability, and act as the division''s SHE figurehead internally and externally. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and has responsibility for the SHE team across the division.
