This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paraplanner looking to play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and delivering high-quality financial advice.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning Conduct technical research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations Liaise closely with Financial Advisers to develop tailored client strategies Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulatory standards and internal compliance procedures Analyse client portfolios and provide recommendations for improvements or rebalancing Maintain accurate and compliant client records Assist in complex cases including drawdown, IHT planning, and pension transfersKeep up to date with industry developments, legislation, and tax rules RequirementsLevel 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (e.g. CII or equivalent) - essential Minimum 2-3 years'' paraplanning experience within a wealth management or IFA environment Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning Experience using financial planning tools (e.g. Cashflow modelling software) Excellent report writing and analytical skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability ..... full job details .....
