is highly regarded as a valued provider of care, with residents’ needs at the core of all we do daily.As a Team Leader, you should have experience working with older adults in residential care. Flexibility, patience, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with a qualification or working towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your Line Manager. You will ensure families feel welcomed, healthcare professionals are well-informed, and residents’ needs and progress are communicated effectively. As a team player, you will follow guidelines and policies and maintain good documentation, including care plans.We offer comprehensive training, including our leadership programme, to support your development and opportunities for career progression within Shaw.
