Your new roleYou''ll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial reporting across funds and group structures, while supporting a range of technical and project-based work. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and turning financial data into meaningful insight.Key Responsibilities Lead the accounting and reporting, including quarterly reports, management accounts, journals, fees, and variance analysisComplete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of reported results.Prepare quarterly overhead variance reportsWork closely with Fund and Investment Finance teams to ensure reporting reflects structural changes.Drive month-end close activities and maintain strong financial controlsSupport technical projectsProduce ad-hoc financial reports and insights for stakeholdersAssist with wider finance team tasks as needed What you''ll need to succeed Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong post-qualified experienceStrong financial reporting experience in a corporate, fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of joint ventures and complex group structuresExcellent Excel and IT skills (PivotTables, Lookups, etc.)Continuous improvement mindset, focused on driving efficiencySelf-starter with strong initiative, prioritisation, and time management skillsConfident communicator, ..... full job details .....
