Young women transitioning from CAMHS are also supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service usersBeing responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of careProviding mentorship and support to team membersObserving, recording, and reporting all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care providedSkills and knowledge you will haveA relevant nursing qualificationNMC registrationStrong teamwork skillsA high level of self-motivation and a flexible approachA positive attitude, naturally caring, and compassionateA commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practiceWhere you will be workingYou will be working at The Chimneys Clinic, a 12-bed service providing specialist care specifically designed to support women diagnosed with emerging or personality disorders.Working alongside the multidisciplinary team at The Chimneys, you will support mindful practice, high levels of engagement, and think on your feet to create activities that aid recovery for each young woman on their journey.The focus of the service is to enable young women to work on reducing harmful behaviors and replacing them with effective strategies to enhance their lives and achieve personal goals.What you will be doingAs a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure women diagnosed with PD, EUPD, or other mental illnesses receive high-quality care.
