This position is with White Cross Vets, Sheffield.The role involves caring for all pets as if they were your own, providing excellent client service, overseeing the appointment diary, pricing of bills, working up cases thoroughly and charging in a timely manner, as well as promoting the clinic within the community. The role can be tailored to your interests/needs, with days split between operations (ops) and consultations, including one full day of ops per week and additional ops shifts. Admin time is provided daily to support performance.Rota patterns are flexible to support work-life balance; full-time staff typically work 40 hours per week over 4 days, with part-time or flexible hours considered. There is some Saturday rota involvement; no out-of-hours requirements.The practice is based in Handsworth, Sheffield, -15 minutes from the City Centre with good transport links. The clinic houses a dental x-ray, in-house cytology, dental radiography, digital radiography, ultrasound, and various surgical and orthopaedic equipment.Team and development: the team includes multiple qualified vets, nurses, and support staff with specialisms in internal medicine, behaviour, and nutrition.
