You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive AWS-based solutions for clients. You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes. Apply AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework while demonstrating technical credibility across stakeholders. Distill customer needs into technical requirements, decompose problems, and make trade-off decisions considering performance, scalability, security, and business impact.Possessing strong technology and program/project management experience, you will validate technical solutions against business goals, recognize when additional evaluation is needed, and manage technical risks. You will achieve and maintain relevant AWS certifications, develop domain-specific expertise, and communicate technical concepts to technical and business audiences. As you progress, you’ll lead increasingly complex technical projects, shape cross-organizational technical strategies, and establish best practices in your domain. You will apply management and leadership capabilities to execute project plans, identify and manage risks, resolve issues, escalate when appropriate, and drive projects to successful completion while exceeding customer expectations.The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our offerings help customers achieve outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projectsLeveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planningBridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomesDistilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomesDecomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutionsContributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standardsQualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $164,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $284,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
