Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the site and all facilities to an exceptional standard
- Carry out regular site inspections to identify areas for focus and improvement
- Report any damage, defects, or maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Conduct minor DIY repairs (no specialist knowledge required)
- Keep the building and exterior areas clear, clean, and safe
- Work closely with the operations team to support site needs
- Contribute to health and safety awareness and compliance across the site
- Promote a high-standard and positive culture throughout the workplace

- Proven experience in a facilities, specialist, or similar hands-on role
