Laser/Brake Press Operator -SetterMain Responsibilities Set up and operate the Trumpf Laser machine, ensuring all production runs meet quality standards, in collaboration with the Laser Programmer and Operations Manager.Set up and operate the Brake Press, as required, working closely with the Operations Manager and Fabrication Team Leader to ensure consistent, high-quality output.Assist in general fabrication tasks including sawing, manual handling, and use of hand tools.Interpret and organise workloads based on daily work schedules.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all Health and Safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.Manage materials and inventory: Locate, verify, and transport items for production.Load/unload materials using trucks or carts.Return unused items to storage inventory. Prepare and support production processes: Inspect, measure, weigh, cut, and load materials.Trim and adjust components as needed.
