HEALTH and SAFETY ADVISOR (ONSHORE) Our client, an Oil and Gas business in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Onshore Safety Advisor. This is a PAYE Contract role until 30 June 2026 with a hybrid working system in place. Information The Health and Safety Advisor is responsible for independent Health and Safety advice to ensure the client operates in a manner which is compliant with corporate objectives and applicable legislation. This role focusses primarily on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) matters, but necessarily also incorporates some aspects of Major Accident Hazard management. All activities will be performed in accordance with the client''s Corporate Management System. This is a temporary project role with an expected contract end date of 30 June 2026. Function Liaise with the asset and corporate management team as well as external organisations to develop and execute appropriate plans to manage, monitor and improve OHS performance. Act as the client''s onshore focal point for communication with the offshore Safety Advisors, Medics and Safety Representatives; asset team focal point for all OHS queries (OQs). Coordinate independent induction and advice to FPSO crew and contractors including ISSoW, CoSHH, radiation and noise. Maintain a register of OHS aspects, impacts and risks for each operating asset.
