Mechanical Construction Manager

Location: London
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + package

We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager (or experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor ready to step up) to deliver CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects across London.

• Manage mechanical works on commercial fit-out projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met
• Oversee HVAC, pipework, and building services installations
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and project teams
• Ensure compliance with H&S and project specifications

• Mechanical background within building services
• Experience on CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects
• 3–5+ years’ site supervision or management experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
• SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid preferred)
• Able to manage fast-paced London projects
