Salary: £41,336+ depending on experience What you''ll be doing: Ensure product quality at every stage by managing goods-inwards inspections, in-process checks, final release testing, and keeping all documentation accurate and up to date Maintain essential manufacturing records including risk assessments, Dangerous Goods Notes, and chemical inventories to support safe and compliant operations Drive technical problem-solving by leading Material Review Boards, reviewing tooling, and providing expert input during design evaluations Support business growth and compliance by assisting with bids for standard products and managing calibration and asset processes to meet regulatory standards Your skills and experiences: Essential: Proven Manufacturing Engineering experience, with hands-on involvement in continuous improvement initiatives , production line troubleshooting, and in-build support Strong problem-solving abilities and a fast learner, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Solid understanding of quality assurance processes, including inspections, testing, and compliance with ISO standards Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proactive and solutions-focused, able to quickly identify issues and implement corrective actions to keep operations running smoothly Desirable: HNC/HND or degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, ..... full job details .....
