What We''re Looking For: Electrical engineering background with practical experience in manufacturing (ideally food or FMCG).Proven ability to fault-find and repair under pressure.Solid understanding of safety regulations and factory procedures.Able to work both independently and as part of a small, focused team.Comfortable with rotating part-time hours and working on bank holidays.
