Warehouse Operative

Monday to Friday 9am until 1pm

Our long-established manufacturing client, based in Daventry, are seeking a reliable and proactive permanent, Part Time, Warehouse Operative to join their growing team.

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:

• Preparing orders and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Handling materials efficiently and safely within the warehouse environment
• Setting up and operating filling machines in the production area.
• Lidding & packing jars and bottles ready for dispatch..
• Putting away goods received and also retrieving jars and bottles from stock and preparing for production.
• Cleaning down machines & filling lines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse space at all times

Warehouse Operative requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Be self-motivated and able to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to maintain high standards of quality control.
