5+ years in recruitment, including strong experience in business hiring, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Strategy, Finance, and People etc.Track record of hiring A-players in fast-paced or high-growth companies (fintech, scaleups, tech startups)Confident sourcer who thrives on proactive outreach and relationship-buildingPassion for structured hiring you know your way around scorecards, behavioral interviews, and hiring dataStrong partner to hiring managers assertive, consultative, and action-orientedComfortable working independently and pushing for excellenceUK-based (hybrid or remote) we care about output, not locationYour Role
