Our client is a robust and well-managed law firm, home to a strong corporate MandA practice serving clients from start ups and partnerships to larger listed businesses on a range of interesting transactions. This firm is characterised by its supportive, "people first" culture.The Role

In line with the firm''s strategic business plan, the firm is keen to appoint a corporate legal director or partner to join their busy MandA group in a ready made, budgeted partner role. This opportunity would suit an existing corporate partner already practising in a mid-market London or SE firm and/or you may be someone with a recognised commercial firm and plans to relocate to London. The firm would be particularly keen to speak to experienced corporate lawyers at Senior / Principal Associate level or equivalent who are looking for a first partnership level opportunity.You

As an experienced corporate dealmaker, you\''ll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized MandA transactions. Experience in the real estate sector would be an advantage.
