An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients highly regarded property team in their Bishop Auckland offices.The Role:You will handle a broad range of residential property transactions and gradually build up to managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.Key Responsibilities and Duties • Managing a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.• Handle complex transactions: leasehold, re-mortgage, help to Buy, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases, and auctions• Mentor and provide guidance to junior fee earners. • Conduct regular file reviews to ensure compliance and quality.
