Our client are looking for a Process Support Specialist to play a critical role in standardising work processes, analysing performance data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across their production and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and Single Point Lessons.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimise and standardise machine settings.

• Structure, manage, and visualise process data for accessibility and analysis.

• Conduct audits on equipment and process settings to ensure compliance with established standards.

• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., throughput, downtime, OEE, customer complaints).

• Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

• Support root cause analysis and contribute to problem-solving related to quality, safety, hygiene, and performance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices.
