Our client is looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Advisor with a track record of delivering high-quality Customer Service, ideally online and over the phone, and who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will help resolve enquiries for both potential and existing customers across a range of channels, including Phone, Text Support, social media, and Email. This role will work with the German market, so a German speaker is required.
