Computer Science Teacher - Basingstoke

Contract: Long-Term until December 2025 (with potential to become permanent)

Pay: andpound;160-andpound;240 per day (depending on experience)

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm | Full-Time

About the Role:

Supply Desk is working with a well-regarded secondary school in Basingstoke to recruit a passionate Computer Science Teacher. The role begins in October 2025 on a full-time, long-term basis until December 2025, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

You''ll teach Computer Science at Key Stages 3 and 4, joining a supportive and forward-thinking Computing department. Both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are welcome to apply. The school is also open to candidates with relevant teaching experience who may not hold QTS but have a strong background in computing.

Key Duties:

  Deliver engaging and inclusive Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.

  Teach key topics including programming, algorithms, systems architecture, and digital literacy.

  Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback.
