The ideal candidate will have had previous Employee Benefits experience, ideally from a consulting or project based role, spanning both the UK and Europe. The roleNew Benefits Platform ImplementationYou will Internally lead and support the configuration and rollout of the new benefits platform for UK and Europe.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the platform consultants to ensure alignment with business needs and communication strategy.Project lead to times scalesDevelop and test workflows, eligibility rules, and user journeys.Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.Create user guides and training materials. Benefits Administration and ComplianceReview and streamline current benefits administration processes.Annual benefit cost trackingIdentify and eliminate inefficiencies and manual workarounds.Establish clear governance frameworks for benefit approvals, renewals, and provider management (SLAs).Establish benefits cost tracker for annual budget management.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Conduct data quality checks.
